Every order is backed by our delivery guarantee. If your package hasn't arrived within 14 days of shipment, contact us and we'll provide tracking or resolve the issue at no extra cost.
Orders placed before 2 PM ET on business days are packed and handed to the carrier the same day.
Domestic orders typically arrive in 2–5 business days. International orders may take longer depending on customs.
If your order has not arrived within 14 days of shipment, we will send you tracking information or a replacement update.
